Full-Time Operations Manager
Starting Salary: P35,000 (Subject to increase)
Job position of Operations Manager consists of helping our American retiree clientele move to the Philippines. This position is both on-site and work from home depending on the deliverables and timeline of our clients. Prospect must be based in Manila. Salary is subject to increase depending on the performance within the initial 2-3 months working with us. Work hours are highly flexible as job responsibilities are task based.
Job Responsibilities:
- Find condos on
- Organize in person property viewings for our clients (any background in real estate is a plus)
- Assist our clients with opening up a local Philippine Bank Account
- Assistance with curating travel itineraries (must have strong knowledge of Philippine tourist activities)
- Coordinate travel logistics via WhatsApp with our clients
- Must be willing to travel outside of Luzon to assist our clients (expenses paid)
- Assistance with posting on The Savvy Expat social media (less important)
- Assistance with organizing schedules on google calendar & sending out

- Has past experience dealing with expats / foreigners
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Organized & hands on
Work Hours:
- Minimum of 30 hours per week
- Work hours are highly flexible as delivery is task based
