Are you smart, organized, and have an eye for design? Then we are looking for you! As a Personal Assistant, you will support the head of LIVARTO with a wide range of tasks. This role goes beyond simple organization – you’ll take on creative design work, keep things running smoothly, and play a key role in ensuring projects are successfully executed.

Experience in supporting entrepreneurs: You have experience in supporting executive management. You know how to structure tasks, prioritize effectively, and solve problems independently.

• Structured Work Style: You know how to manage calendars, tasks, and projects reliably.
• Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using common tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, or similar).
