About the Role:

Sample duties may include:
• Audio call intake and routing to appropriate tea
• Calendar management for leadership and key tea
• Scheduling client meetings, and meeting prep
• CRM client database management, and data entry
• Information gathering in client systems, and databases
• Potential financial support and/or reporting
• Data analysis
Qualifications:
• Post Secondary Educated
• Certification in Administration a Plus
• Minimum of 3-5+ years in a similar role working with senior management
• Experience Working on North American or Western European Time Zone
• Finance/Accounting Background: Preferred
• Experience Working in a Finance Institution: A big plus
Soft Skills
• Excellent English Skills: Must be proficient in both verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Strong command of these tools is essential
• CRM Database Management: Experience required
• Detail-Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to close loose ends
• Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to think critically, and prioritize effectively
• Confidentiality & Compliance Focused: Ability to work with sensitive client data, and maintain data-compliance and client privacy
• Resourcefulness: Ability to figure things out independently and work efficiently
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
