JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:

Experienced real estate investor-agent is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support daily operations. This role is critical for building systems, streamlining workflows, and managing key administrative functions. If you're a self-starter who thrives on creating order and improving efficiency, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage invoicing and financial paperwork (receipts, bills, and statements).
- Develop and implement organizational systems using Google Suite apps.
- Act as a gatekeeper, handling email, calls, messages, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks.
- Direct and communicate well with team members, clients, residents, vendors, etc.
- Oversee lead tracking and CRM/database management.
- Support property management and repair business processes.
- Help systemize operations for long-term scalability.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Reliable, consistent, and dependable.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and follow-through.
- Organized and methodical, with a focus on precision.
- Adaptable and professional in handling various responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Use of AI tools is recommended.
- Experience in real estate and/or business administration is a plus.
