I’m seeking a proactive, organized Virtual Assistant who is fluent in both Spanish and English to assist with administrative and organizational tasks. This role focuses on background support to help streamline my day-to-day responsibilities, freeing up my time for high-impact activities. The VA will work entirely outside of company systems and will not handle sensitive client data.
Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments using Google Calendar.

• Task and Project Organization: Using tools like Trello, Notion, or Google Sheets to organize daily to-dos, client follow-ups, and project ideas.
• Client Follow-Up Assistance: Sending
• Pipeline Tracking: Updating and summarizing lead and task statuses for me to review and plug into internal systems.
• Idea Management: Capturing and organizing ideas, creating checklists, and ensuring I stay on top of personal and professional priorities.
• General Administrative Tasks: Any non-sensitive work that helps me stay organized and productive.
Skills Needed:
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with tools like Google Calendar, Trello, Notion, or Google Sheets (or a willingness to learn quickly).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time efficiently.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience working with real estate, loan officers, or administrative support roles.

Work Hours:
• 20-40 hours per week. Flexible hours but must be available during U.S. business hours (Arizona Time).
