The MVMT Team at EXP Realty is seeking a Recruiter / Human Resources Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing all aspects of recruitment and hiring. From sourcing top talent to coordinating career fairs, you’ll ensure a seamless hiring process while maintaining an organized and efficient system for applicant records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., applicant tracking systems, job boards).
Familiarity with calendaring tools like Calendly for scheduling interviews and appointments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source, recruit, and screen potential agents across multiple channels.
Maintain and update job postings on various websites and platforms.
Organize and prepare for career fairs, managing logistics and promotional materials.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and qualifications.
Track and organize applicant records, ensuring the database is up to date.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Stable internet connection (50+ Mbps preferred).
Noise-canceling headset for clear communication.
Ability to work EST hours.
Comfortable using Zoom for video calls, screen sharing, and collaboration.
