ABOUT US:
The MVMT Team at EXP Realty, a leading real estate team based in New York City, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, client-focused environment. QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role, preferably in real estate.
Proven sales experience, including cold calling and high-volume dialing (e.g., collections, appointment setting, or outbound sales).
Resilient and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining professionalism.
Familiarity with CRMs like Follow Up Boss and CallAction is a plus (a strong organizational process is more important than specific CRM experience).
Experience with tools like Calendly, Slack, Dialpad, Google Workspace, and virtual communication platforms is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients who inquire about our listings.
Consistently meet expectations:
300 outbound emails per day.
600 outbound dials per day.
100 set appointments per month.
Manage CRM platforms, email inboxes, and team calendars with meticulous attention to detail.
Perform administrative tasks such as web research, data entry, and other clerical duties.

REQUIREMENTS:
Stable internet connection (50+ Mbps preferred).
Noise-canceling headset for clear communication.
Ability to work EST hours.
Use of Screenshot Monitor during work hours.
Submission of end-of-day reports (via Excel), including metrics such as:
Total dials made.
Appointments set.
Appointments attended.
New deals generated.
Comfort with Zoom for screen sharing and video calls during shifts.
