We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic founder managing multiple business ventures and personal commitments. This role requires someone who excels at juggling tasks, staying one step ahead, and maintaining discretion while ensuring the founder’s personal and professional life runs smoothly.
Personal Life Management:
Coordinate and manage personal appointments, travel arrangements, and errands.
Handle personal finances, such as bill payments, subscription renewals, and budgeting assistance.
Organize health-related activities, including scheduling medical appointments, managing supplements, and assisting with wellness goals.
Business Administration:
Manage calendars, appointments, and
Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare concise, professional communications and documents.
Research and Coordination:
Research and analyze services or vendors to meet the founder’s business and personal needs.
Assist in finding and coordinating with service providers for car maintenance, home repairs, or other personal needs.
Support research projects related to business ventures, including real estate investments and e-commerce analysis.
Project Management:
Oversee ongoing personal and business projects to ensure they stay on track.
Develop checklists, workflows, and processes for greater efficiency.
Coordinate with tea
Lifestyle Support:
Assist with managing memberships, such as gym or club memberships, and planning recreational activities.
Help organize and maintain personal documents, travel itineraries, and household logistics.
Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and organization in the founder’s life.
