Executive Assistant / Sales Assistant

Hello there!

We're looking for an Executive Assistant / Sales Assistant with at least one year of experience.

Auto Film Solutions is premiere automotive restyling company in Colorado Springs, Colorado in the United States. We provide window tint, paint protection film, vinyl wrap, and powder coating services to our local city. We are looking for an executive assistant and sales assistant to help with day to day admin tasks and assist with inbound sales via text, phone, and email.

-Maintain and update Trainual for Auto Film Solutions
-Update and maintain the CRM (We use Go High Level), ensuring customer information is accurate, reply to customers who request additional information on services and pricing via text or phone call.
-Manage and maintain daily activities on Facebook and Instagram, including posting, engaging with followers, and responding to messages.
-Handle email management, including follow-ups with clients and leads, and assist with email campaigns
-Create basic graphics for internal policies, trainual building, events, etc.
-Communicate effectively via email and phone with internal teams and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and a professional tone.
-Organize and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
-Run reports through Quickbooks and organize documents into Quickbooks Online Invoices
-Proficient in English is a must

This is a Graveyard Shift. Working Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time
