JOB OVERVIEW

This self motivated, independent team member will be motivated to assist with all aspects of this growing Power Washing/Pavers business. We require a fast thinking person who wants to use their Organizational and Administrative abilities to allow the Owner to focus on future growth. Seeking an individual who is willing to learn the business while managing administrative tasks. Knowledge of GoHighLevel is a plus, but not manadatory. Excel knowledge required, ready to learn other possible computer programs. We will begin using GHL to schedule Social posts, communicate with clients and move our success forward. Adminsistrative tasks to include: Client calls/texts, job costing, quarterly newsletter, assist with detailing/modifying SOPs and training documents, following up with Google Reviews and assisting Owner with video completion and posting. This is a fast moving company that needs a co-worker that is ready to help the Owner and the company grow. Owner needs a technology and admin partner to help become more efficient and knowledgeable.
