About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, resourceful individual to join our growing team as a Sales & Service Administrator. In this role, you will play a key part in the success of our sales and service teams by providing comprehensive administrative support. You will wear many hats in this role and the main responsibilities will include assisting the sales team with customer invoicing, supporting the service teams with job scheduling, answering and directing incoming calls as part of our receptionist team and completing a variety of other administrative tasks

Australian Construction Equipment Sales (ACES) is a friendly, family-run, multi-brand, national construction equipment dealer specialising in compact earthmoving equipment. We sell, service, and repair a wide range of machines, including excavators, mini loaders, light compaction, and concreting equipment. Our brands include Wacker Neuson (Germany) and Multione (Italy), with three locations across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing calls.
- Customer invoicing.
- Job scheduling.
- Machinery Registration.
- Liaising with key suppliers.
- General administrative support.
About You:
You are a self-starter with exceptional organisational skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is highly desirable although not essential.

- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Professional presentation and demeanour
- Proficiency with computers
- Availability to work 9 am to 5 pm AEST/AEDT
