Job Description:
We are a client-focused agency looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our leadership with operational, HR, and client engagement tasks. This role involves keeping the team engaged by tracking and celebrating key milestones, assisting with PR and recruitment activities, and ensuring thoughtful, personalised communication across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Engagement: Track and celebrate team milestones (e.g., anniversaries, birthdays) to enhance morale through meaningful acknowledgments.
Training Support: Help develop training materials for group sessions, supporting team development.
PR Coordination: Manage timelines for PR projects and case studies, ensuring completion.
Recruitment Support: Assist with initial candidate screening to align with agency values.
LinkedIn Management: Maintain LinkedIn engagement, including networking, posting updates, and connecting with contacts.
Client Outreach: Organise networking and client meetings, maintaining a tone aligned with the executive’s style.
Event & Gift Planning: Coordinate events and client gifts with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in client-focused roles
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with HR, PR, or recruitment coordination
Familiarity with LinkedIn engagement and professional networking
High integrity with a commitment to confidentiality
Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a team-focused approach
