We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Invoice Reviewer. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and reliability of our automated invoice processing system while playing a crucial part in improving our technology and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
As an Invoice Reviewer, you’ll be responsible for Invoice Review & Data Accuracy:


- Use Cherry’s system to compare original invoices with data extracted by our AI-powered OCR technology.
- Review and correct line items, quantities, prices, and other details in editable fields to ensure data matches the original document.
- Map invoices to the correct vendor or account using dropdown menus.
- Process invoices promptly and efficiently as they arrive in the queue to maintain smooth operations.
- Identify unresolved discrepancies, missing information, or anomalies.
- Document and escalate issues to the team coordinator for resolution.
- Supporting the Cherry Team (When the Queue is Empty) with tasks such as:
-* Guiding vendors through payment processes.
-* Communicating with customers to resolve payment-related inquiries.
-* Monitoring for potential fraud and processing payments in vendor portals.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry, invoice processing, or accounts payable is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work during New York business hours.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
