Job Title: Land Comps Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday 40+ hours.

Are you a detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re seeking a Land Comps Specialist to join our growing real estate investment team. This role requires speed, efficiency, and accuracy to evaluate 60-90 properties daily and play a key part in shaping our acquisition strategy. Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately analyze comparable land sales using Zillow, Redfin, and occasionally Land.com for larger parcels, alongside GIS platforms and county property records.
• Evaluate key property features such as road access, wetlands, topography, timber,tillable land and proximity to amenities to determine land value.
• Use sales data to calculate market value and establish offer ranges.
• Organize and document findings systematically in spreadsheets or CRM systems for easy review and tracking.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to refine valuation processes and adjust offers as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in local markets to ensure competitive and accurate valuations.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while delivering valuations on 60-90 properties daily within set deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate, property valuation, or data research is required.
• Available to work Monday-Friday starting at 9AM EST- Must be able to work at least 8-10 hours a day.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in tools like Zillow, Redfin, GIS mapping, and Land ID for efficient data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills for identifying trends and evaluating property features.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising accuracy.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle high volumes daily.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to new tools and processes.

Availability

• Full-time availability during business hours, with flexibility to meet deadlines and manage workloads efficiently. This is a 40+ hour a week job. Monday-Friday.
