JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Project Support Admin to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of technical tasks for our field technicians and customers.

The role of the Project Support admin is to support field technicians with the completion of the scope of work, break/fix diagnostics, and any specific on-site customer requirements to ensure all work is completed correctly.

WORK SCHEDULE: (Day shift Philippines)
- 10 hours a day / 4 days a week
- Sunday to Wednesday 7:00 pm - 5:00 am Central Time

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- $800 USD Monthly
- $500 One-time Tech Allowance
- 13th Month Pay

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in a team environment to manage and complete all nightly department tickets.
- Manage a team’s channel with our customer and field technician to get all tasks completed and tested.
- Manage queue calls from our field technicians to provide technical support and ticket management.
- Manage a team-shared email box ensuring quick and accurate response times.
- Manage conference calls with our customers and technicians using various software.
- Detailed documentation of each ticket touch from customers, technicians, and internally.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention following CPT procedures.
- Stay current with company systems, information, changes, and updates.
- All other duties as requested, delegated, or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, and professionalism.
- Knowledge of POS, PCs, and basic networking.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to review the provided information and provide support or guidance to our technicians over the phone.
- Familiarity with call center environments and queue management.
- Email and Ticket management
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Edge, Firefox, and Google Chrome.
- 2 years in a call center or related position.
- 2 years of technical support experience and/or field experience preferred.
- A+ computer certification is preferred.
