Job Posting: Personal Assistant for Time Management and Scheduling
Overview:
(A mature and responsible Woman over 30 years old is preferred)
We are a growing online company based in California US looking to expand our business types. We are seeking a remote personal assistant to help manage the schedules and tasks of two students (middle and high school) in Seoul Korea. The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and an interest in ADHD time management methods. This flexible, part-time position will grow into a full-time manager's role, eventually supporting business projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 10-minute check-ins with students at designated times via Google Messenger or Whatsapp.
Weekdays: 6 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM, 9 PM, and 10 PM.
Weekends: 1 PM, 3 PM, 5 PM, 7 PM, and 9 PM.
- Motivate and train students in school homework and study on time.
(If she fails to motivate students to stay on task the job will be terminated.)
- Use Google Calendar or other planning tools to manage schedules and ensure accountability.
- Proactively learn and implement ADHD-friendly planning strategies.
- Communicate through Google Messenger or WhatsApp, calling when necessary.
- Report daily progress via text message to the employer.
Qualifications:
-Experience with planning tools and ADHD time management methods
-Strong organizational and motivational skills.
-Prior experience managing children’s or students’ schedules as a teacher or simliar.
-Familiarity with Google Calendar and other productivity tools.
- Flexible availability for occasional urgent tasks outside standard hours.
ADHD-Specific Knowledge:
Interest in learning more about time management and planning for individuals with ADHD.
Knowledge of ADHD-friendly time management methods is a plus.
Willingness to learn and implement ADHD-specific strategies into daily tasks immediately.
During the first 2 week trial period we will pay 4000 pesos.
