JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
Contact Information Research: Conduct thorough research using a variety of online tools and resources to find accurate contact details for property or site owners. This includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses where available.

Utilise Online Databases & Tools: Leverage people search engines, business directories, property databases, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), public records, and other digital resources to gather and cross-check contact details.

Verify Data Accuracy: Ensure the information found is up-to-date and reliable. Cross-reference multiple sources to confirm the validity of contact details before sharing.

Data Management: Organise the gathered contact information into spreadsheets, CRM systems, or other databases. Ensure proper data storage and maintenance of records.

Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data. Adhere to data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical guidelines regarding the use of personal information.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on research progress and share findings with the team or manager. Communicate effectively to report any issues encountered during the research process.
