Job Title: Executive Assistant and Project Manager to Real Estate Investor

About Us:
I am an experienced real estate investor seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant and Project Manager to join my team. This role is crucial in managing marketing efforts, organizing schedules, overseeing projects, conducting research, and assisting with transaction-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management:
• Plan, execute, and oversee various projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with tea
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Marketing Management:
• Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage social media accounts and
• Analyze marketing data to optimize strategies.
• Calendar Management:
• Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Send reminders and ensure timely attendance to all engagements.
• Research Projects:
• Conduct in-depth research on real estate markets, investment opportunities, and industry trends.
• Compile and present findings in comprehensive reports.
• Transaction Assistance:
• Aid in preparing and processing transaction documents.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Administrative Support:
• Handle correspondence,
• Maintain confidential files and records with utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Language Proficiency:
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Cognitive Abilities:
• High level of intelligence with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Project Management Skills:
• Proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM tools.
