We are seeking a versatile and proactive Finance & Guest Communication Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative tasks related to property utilities and financial management with guest communication and reservation support. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
Finance Administration:
Manage utility accounts, including setting up new properties and switching suppliers.
Input and update meter readings accurately and timely.
Handle queries with utility companies via phone and online portals.
Update nominal codes and reconcile payments on Xero, particularly for Airbnb bookings.
Perform ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required.
Guest Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responding promptly to inquiries via phone,
Provide detailed information about apartment amenities, policies, and local recommendations.
Facilitate self-check-in and check-out processes, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com) and Xero is an advantage.
Proficiency in customer service tools and processes.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
