Exciting Long-Term Opportunity To Work With Expanding UK Property Business
We are looking to recruit a experienced book keeper and all round highly organised administrator who is confident with the programme SAGE 50. Please note that this is a role for someone who can assist perhaps a few days a month and will increase every month to keep on top of accounts
Your role will be focused on:
• Liaising with the company director to keep on top of multiple company accounts
• Check credit card statements along with the receipts and enter accordingly on SAGE 50
• Reconcile bank statements
• Keep all documents digital via google drive
The right candidate MUST have:
• SAGE 50 Accounting software experience and also understand UK VAT
• Knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping
• Strong English, good communication skills are vital
• Able to use Canva
• Work with Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets
• Social media management
• Video and photo editing
• Have experience managing social media channels and creating social posts and adverts
• Experience editing YouTube videos and producing updated statistics
• It would be beneficial if you have experience using Audacity and Libsyn

Rate: $4 per hour but could increase for the perfect candidate
