We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive virtual assistant to assist with research,
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist account managers with day to day operations for association clients
- Assist account managers with event operations, admin, and timelines to keep events on track
- Conducts research on requested topics and provides a report with requested information highlighting information found
- Track client
- Assist with client inbox management, update
- Regularly and effectively communicates the status of tasks / projects to proper manager
- Executes a variety of projects and ensures they are completed on time, with 100?curacy and in compliance with guidelines
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
- Experience as a virtual assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
