Real Estate Sales Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced real estate sales administration assistant who has worked previously in an Australian real estate agency for more than 2 years. Currently this role will offer averagely 3 hours per week and may suit a candidate looking for some extra work after hours.

Key tasks:

• Inbox management of the Director.
• Managing sales agent activities when it comes to new listings, ensuring compliance activities are done per listing and sending reminders.
• Coordinating a checklist on the sales agents reminding them what needs to be completed:
• Budgeted outgoings added into website.
• Reminding or assisting agents order signboard via online portal/ submitting for approval.
• Checking/ reminder of brochure mailbox drop (50 per complex).
• Once deposit shown, or exchanged, reminding agents to conduct SOLD/ Leased by process, Sold by etc.
• Booking in photos and signboards with tenants and real estate photo company (via online portal).
• Assist with marketing campaigns on Utopia-X for engaging potential buyers.
• Researching market competitors to inform on property prices and agent services.
• Assist with making marketing brochures with Canva.

Key Requirements

The candidate will need proven experience working in a sales administration/marketing role in an Australian real estate agency for over 2 years.
The candidate needs to have experience and knowledge with real estate sales administration and processes in Australia.
The candidate has experience organising signboards and real estate photo shoots.
The candidate can demonstrate examples of real estate brochures created and provide them for review.
The candidate has experience with real estate software Utopia X as well as Google sheets.
The candidate works well autonomously, responds back to queries in a timely manner and can analyse data to keep the sales team on track.
