Maximize My Media is a fast-growing company specializing in lead generation and marketing solutions for car dealerships and sales professionals. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help drive the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage Go HighLevel (GHL) systems, ensuring seamless client onboarding and organization.
Organize and manage client accounts, billing, and weekly data/results reporting.
Handle day-to-day client needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist the CEO with daily tasks, scheduling, and administrative support.
Take ownership of miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Go HighLevel (GHL) is a must.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Experience in client management and billing is a plus.
