Job Overview

Seeking a highly reliable and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, digital marketing, and organization. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing social media content, coordinating marketing activities, supporting ad campaigns, and handling various administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision, with a strong focus on trustworthiness and reliability.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:
Research and plan a social media calendar, including finding trending topics, captions, and hashtag strategies.
Post and schedule social media content across platforms, focusing primarily on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Stay up-to-date on current social media trends, especially trending audio, to keep our content engaging.
Strategize with the team on content ideas to drive engagement and align with brand goals.
Administrative Support:
Assist with posting and updating blog content as directed.
Conduct research on topics for upcoming content and provide insightful information for marketing materials.
Compile weekly recaps and performance reports on social media and marketing campaigns.
Ad Campaign Support:
Make edits to existing ad campaigns as directed, including minor copy adjustments and updating visuals.
Assist in identifying new strategies for ads and sourcing engaging materials.
Basic Video Editing (Preferred, but not Required):
Edit short-form video content for social media, including adding captions, trimming clips, and making simple tweaks as needed.


Requirements

Experience in Social Media Marketing: Proven experience in managing social media content and creating engagement strategies.
Strong English Communication Skills: Ability to craft captions, research topics, and communicate clearly with the team.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effect
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all tasks, from scheduling posts to compiling reports.
Basic Video Editing Skills (Preferred): Familiarity with video editing software for simple social media edits (e.g., trimming, adding captions).
Trustworthiness: High level of integrity in handling client accounts, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, or administrative support roles.
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling platforms.
Basic understanding of ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.



Work hours: Mon to Fri 7 am to 4 pm PST
Rate: $8 to $12 per hour
Other information: A strong internet connection and a quiet environment is a must
