**Role Overview:**
We’re seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. You’ll collaborate with our outsourced HR and finance partners while assisting an executive with admin tasks and reporting. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations and requires someone comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **HR Support:**
- Work closely with our outsourced HR partner, Breathe HR, to manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, policy tracking, and compliance management.
- Maintain and update HR data and reports.

2. **Payroll & Finance Support:**
- Coordinate with our outsourced finance team on payroll processing and general bookkeeping tasks.
- Track and manage expenses, invoices, and financial records.
- Support financial reporting and audits as needed.

3. **Executive & General Admin Support:**
- Assist an executive with diary management, scheduling, and email correspondence.
- Organize and maintain records, reports, and other documentation.
- Support the management team by preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

**Skills & Qualifications:**
- Experience in HR administration, payroll, or bookkeeping is essential.
- Familiarity with Breathe HR is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting/bookkeeping tools and payroll systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with remote tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools).
