Responsibilities
Assist with personal correspondence, personal schedule keeping, and appointment setting/management
Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs
Maintaining databases and filing systems
Managing communications, scheduling, travel arrangements
Assist with personal appointments to take notes and interpret communications
Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate
Ensure all
Collating and filing the manager’s business expenses and travel expenses
Conducting research on behalf of immediate superior
Assist in venue reservations for meetings/events
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Prior experience in a personal assistant, executive secretary, or office manager role
Ability to follow established processes
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients of all levels both internally and externally
Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience in creating and maintaining office management systems and procedures
Customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
High level of attention to detail
Willing to travel abroad
Education
Associate or bachelor s degree or relevant college course and 1 to 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience to perform the job successfully
Ability to commute
willing to be assigned either in Makati, Rockwell or Mandaluyong
