What You'll Do:
- Manage and process incoming client emails, including detailed pest control service requests.
- Log and maintain accurate data for each unit, including entering specific pest control details into the company’s system and identifying which units need servicing.
- Follow up with clients to request purchase order numbers for service authorization when needed.
- Work within a shared email inbox and handle assigned tasks based on a color-coding system for efficient task management.
- Potentially assist with future reports using Excel, such as filtering data or applying simple formulas.
