We're a 30+-year-old company providing online marketing services for estate planning and elder law attorneys. Our program is designed to help Members grow their practices through effective digital marketing strategies. As our Membership base grows, we’re seeking a proactive and strategic Online Digital Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving Member success.
Role Overview:
The Online Digital Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for assigned Members, ensuring their online marketing campaigns are effectively executed and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, be adept at interpreting analytics, and excel at building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for assigned Members, managing communication and ensuring satisfaction
* Develop and implement tailored SEO,
* Analyze campaign performance metrics, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize results
* Collaborate with internal teams (web developers, designers, content creators) to ensure seamless campaign execution
* Create and deliver comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key insights and actionable next steps
* Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to provide innovative solutions
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in digital marketing account management or a similar role
* Solid understanding of SEO,
* Experience developing and managing content marketing strategies, including creating editorial calendars, optimizing blog posts, and planning long-form content
* Ability to craft compelling content ideas aligned with client goals and audience interests
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
* Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs,
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts and deadlines
* Must be comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
