JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Support:
Assist the Operations team with daily tasks and long-term projects.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.

HR and Recruitment:
Assist with HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing employee benefits, and addressing HR-related inquiries.
Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
Help onboard new employees and ensure they have the necessary resources and information.

Payroll Management:
Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain payroll records and address any payroll-related issues or questions from employees.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure payroll aligns with budget and financial plans.

Project Management:
Aid in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects across departments.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Prepare and distribute project-related documents and reports.

General Administrative Tasks:
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Organise company events, meetings, and trainings.
Provide general administrative support to the Operations team and other departments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Professional and positive demeanour
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
