Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Virtual Assistant to help establish Tyler Campbell Tree Service as the preferred partner for insurance companies in the Lubbock area. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with decision-makers at local insurance companies and present a proposal packet outlining how we solve tree-related hazards that threaten insurance coverage. You must have strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and a proactive attitude. Follow-ups via phone and email will be essential. Administrative support will also be a key part of this role.

Responsibilities:

Insurance Outreach and Proposals:

Identify and research decision-makers at insurance companies in the Lubbock area.

Make professional phone calls to introduce our services and present the proposal packet.

Clearly articulate how Tyler Campbell Tree Service solves the problem of tree hazards causing policy lapses.

Use confident voice tonality and professional communication to build rapport with decision-makers.

Follow up persistently via phone and email to maintain communication and provide additional information as needed.

Document all communication, including call notes, feedback, and follow-up schedules.


Administrative Support:

Prepare and organize proposal packets for presentation to insurance companies.

Build quotes in our CRM system based on provided outlines (approval required before sending).

Proofread documents and ensure accuracy in all materials.

Manage and maintain a database of insurance company contacts and call histories.

Seek approval for all emails before sending to insurance companies.

Key Requirements:

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent spelling and grammar skills.

Confident and professional phone voice with strong interpersonal skills.

Willingness to follow up persistently, primarily by phone and occasionally by email.

Ability to accept constructive feedback: all calls will be recorded and reviewed for quality assurance and improvement.

Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in outreach, sales, or customer service.

Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools.

Understanding of insurance-related services or industries (not required but a plus).

Work Hours and Compensation:

Part-time or full-time (flexible based on your availability).

Starting pay: $2 per hour, with performance-based raises.

Flexible schedule with availability during business hours (CST).
