We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team and help streamline operations, enhance client communication, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and optimize Airbnb listings, including creating, updating, and ensuring content accuracy.
-Communicate with guests and clients professionally, handling inquiries, bookings, and feedback.
-Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and other operational tasks related to short-term rentals.
-Utilize CRM tools like
-Assist with financial tasks, such as invoice tracking, reporting, and basic budget management.
-Support sales efforts by identifying leads, nurturing relationships, and contributing to conversion strategies.
Qualifications:
-Experience in Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms is highly preferred.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle client concerns effectively.
