JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sourcing Assistant to join our healthcare staffing team. The Sourcing Assistant will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging qualified candidates for healthcare positions, supporting the recruitment team in meeting client staffing needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment Support:
Research and identify potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future healthcare staffing needs.
Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interest.
Collaborate with recruiters to schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.

- Candidate Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.
Collect and verify candidate credentials, certifications, and licenses required for healthcare roles.

- Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with generating reports on sourcing activity, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics.
Coordinate onboarding tasks, including background checks and compliance documentation, as needed.

- Collaboration and Team Support:
Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand client staffing requirements.
Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals and meeting deadlines.
Stay informed of industry trends and sourcing best practices to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience:
Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or administrative support (required).
Familiarity with healthcare staffing or similar industries is a plus.

- Skills: (A skill test will be conducted during the second interview)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and team interactions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Active LinkedIn account (required) for candidate sourcing and networking.
