Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry and strong skills in social media management, graphic creation, and administrative support. Experience with event spaces, venues, bars, or hotels is highly preferred. If you are creative, organized, and tech-savvy, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage and schedule content across platforms such as
- Create engaging graphics, reels, and captions tailored to the brand’s voice and audience.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
Administrative Support:
- Utilize tools such as GHL (Go High Level), Yelp, and HoneyBook for business operations.
- Assist with calendar management, client communications, and bookings.
Marketing Assistance:
- Run and monitor
- Collaborate on strategies to drive engagement and visibility.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Background in the hospitality industry is a must (HRM graduates or professionals with experience in event spaces, venues, bars, or hotels are highly preferred).
- Social Media Management or Executive Assistant experience required.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in GHL, Yelp, and HoneyBook.
- Skilled in creating professional and eye-catching graphics, reels, and captions.
- Experience in running
Personal Traits:
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
