Sales Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Joining our existing direct sales team based in San Francisco and The Philippines (though you can be anywhere)
The full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close, and renew accounts
Meet and exceed the quarterly quota
Do daily sales training on a program we are all committed to
Develop lifelong sales and management skills
Be an enthusiastic member of the team and inspire us with your passion for greatness every day.
Cold calling: committed to contact 100 new leads every day and follow up with other leads
Do follow-up outreach
Track your activity and progress in our CRM

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


Positive attitude: an unshakable belief in yourself and your ability to do what you set your mind to doing.
A history of closing deals and meeting/exceeding your quota.
3+ years in sales: Experience selling is essential: you have spent time selling and thinking about selling.

COMPENSATION:

Salary plus generous commission for closed sales
