JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing land flipping business. This is a full-time position for someone with strong proficiency in administrative tasks, data management, and communication. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Excel, CRM platforms, and Google Suite, with exceptional verbal and written English skills. You will play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining our CRM, conducting market research, organizing data, pricing land, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management
* Set up, maintain, and optimize the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Enter and update client, lead, and property data accurately.
* Create templates, reports, and dashboards to streamline business operations.
Data Management and Analysis
* Conduct data scrubbing to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
* Perform data analysis and pricing calculations for properties using Excel and other tools.
* Manage spreadsheets for property details, financial tracking, and market comparisons.
Market Research
* Research land markets, comparable properties, and zoning regulations.
* Compile reports on property values, buyer trends, and target markets.
* Monitor land listings and gather relevant information for acquisition or sales.
Administrative Tasks
* Schedule and manage appointments, calls, and meetings.
* Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
* Handle email correspondence and communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.


Qualifications:
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in Excel: Advanced skills, including formulas, data analysis, and organization.
* CRM Expertise: Experience with setting up and managing CRM platforms like Notion.
* Google Suite Mastery: Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, and Drive.
* Exceptional English Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English for emails, reports, and client interactions.
* Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience in real estate, land flipping, or property management.
* Familiarity with data pricing and market research tools.
* Experience working in a remote team environment.
