Role Overview:
We are seeking someone who can edit long-form YouTube videos and repurpose them into engaging short-form content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit long-form YouTube videos into short-form clips optimized for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and
• Select the most compelling
• Add captions, transitions, and graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
• Work with pre-existing graphic templates to maintain brand consistency.
• Schedule and post content across platforms (YouTube, Instagram,
• Help establish and maintain an efficient workflow for content creation, editing, scheduling, and posting.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in video editing software, particularly CapCut (experience with other tools is a bonus).
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like MetroCool (or willingness to learn).
• Strong attention to detail and a good ear for selecting impactful
• Basic graphic design skills (preferred but not required).
• Experience or ability to create efficient workflows and processes for content production.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
