We are a young pottery business with growth potential. We have opened 2 new venues specialising in private pottery events like hens, corporate team building, birthdays and other celebrations.

Looking for someone polite direct and enthusiastic with great attention to detail and is highly organised. The successful candidate will replace the owner on the phone and will be available to take calls, cold call and generate leads for private events. We have a team of teachers and hosts available to communicate with and confirming bookings will require confirming host/ teacher availability before agreeing to dates customers would like. Great customer service experience a must eg setting correct expectations, polite, informative and concise.

Phone customer service experience for the Australian market would be really great.

We have run the business with the Apple steps of service as our foundation for continually proving 5 star customer service. Print Paint Pot on google will show the level of service we would like to improve upon and maintain. Apple Step of service training highly considered.

As a small family owned business we are not sure how to organise phone logistics for a team member overseas, please advice how and preferred monthly salary in AUD
