Virtual Assistant – Offset Entertainment
Position Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
Location: Remote
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Job Overview
Offset Entertainment is seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage incoming leads, handle administrative tasks, and maintain a strong social media presence. The ideal candidate has experience in administrative roles, lead management, content scheduling, and leveraging tools like CRM software, Thumbtack, Bark, and AI technologies (e.g., GPT) to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management:
Monitor, manage, and respond to leads from CRM platforms, Thumbtack, and Bark.
Follow up with potential clients promptly to ensure high conversion rates.
Send professional agreements/contracts and ensure proper documentation.
Update CRM with accurate client details and status updates.
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and post engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Ensure consistent branding and tone of voice across all platforms.
Monitor analytics to track engagement and optimize content strategies.
Respond to comments and messages on social platforms to foster community engagement.


Administrative Support:
Manage schedules and calendars for Offset Entertainment events and projects.
Organize digital files and ensure proper documentation.
Assist with email management, ensuring timely responses and proper categorization.
Technology & AI Utilization:
Utilize AI tools (e.g., GPT) to draft emails, social captions, agreements, and other content as needed.
Create automation workflows in the CRM to improve lead tracking and follow-ups.
Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.



Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with lead generation tools like Thumbtack, Bark, and CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platforms).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of AI tools like GPT for content creation and optimization.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Creative mindset with experience in content creation (preferred).


Hours & Compensation
Hours: Monday – Friday (Flexible but aligned with client inquiries and posting schedules).
Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
