I am a law firm owner and marketing professional seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant to join my team. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys managing multiple responsibilities and working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, meetings, and deadlines for the law firm and marketing projects.
• Client Communication: Assist in onboarding new clients, scheduling initial consultations, and following up as needed.
• Insurance Follow-ups: Contact and follow up with insurance companies to track claims, gather updates, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Administrative Support: Handle
• Task Coordination: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines and commitments are met.
• Marketing Assistance: Provide support with marketing-related activities, including scheduling social media posts or organizing promotional materials.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with office tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and calendar management platforms.
• Familiarity with the legal or marketing industry is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work shifts during business hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
