Job Description:
We are BootUp Analytics, a consultancy dedicated to transforming women’s football through innovative data analysis and actionable insights. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help streamline daily operations and manage a range of tasks to improve efficiency.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and knowledgeable about football, particularly women’s football. You’ll play a key role in managing administrative tasks, handling data, and supporting the business with research and organization.

Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules and organize meetings.
• Respond to emails and handle client communications.
• Organize and maintain files and project documentation.
• Manage spreadsheets and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with research related to women’s football and analytics.
• Help create presentations and reports for clients.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support operations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Basic knowledge of data handling and analysis (pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Knowledge and passion for football, particularly women’s football, is a major plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with data visualization tools or programming (e.g., Python) is a bonus.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
• Background in sports or analytics is a big advantage.
