Virtual Assistant for a Growing U.S.-Based Digital Marketing Agency

About the Role
This is a full-time remote position supporting a U.S.-based agency in the Mountain Time Zone (MST). You will play a key role in driving lead generation, streamlining administrative tasks, and creating engaging content for our clients. Your contributions will help us achieve our ambitious growth goals while fostering a collaborative and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management (40%)
Conduct lead generation and research using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM.
Execute personalized cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email, using provided templates and Chat GPT.
Organize and maintain lead records in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of engagement and follow-ups.
Provide weekly reports on outreach success, lead status, and key metrics.

Content Creation & Social Media Management (30%)
Review client objectives and create social media posts and graphics using Canva and Chat GPT.
Schedule and monitor social media posts in LinkedIn.
Track and report on social media performance metrics.

Administrative & Operational Support (30%)
Organize and prioritize emails in Gmail, flagging important messages and responding to routine inquiries.
Maintain and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
Track and manage projects in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are assigned.
Record and organize training sessions and sales calls with AI-generated recaps.
Provide weekly updates on completed tasks, potential bottlenecks, and process improvements.
