Virtual Assistant for Book Launch and Promotion

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to assist with the launch and promotion of a self-published book. The ideal candidate will have expertise in website creation, social media promotion, and publishing on Amazon, as well as the ability to coordinate with editors, proofreaders, and designers. This role involves managing all aspects of the book launch, from pre-launch preparation to executing a strong promotional campaign.

Responsibilities:

Website Development:
Build and manage a professional website using WIX.
Ensure the website is optimized for the book launch and includes key promotional elements.

Social Media Promotion:
Create and execute promotional strategies on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and possibly TikTok.
Develop engaging content to build excitement and awareness for the book.

Publishing Support:
Assist with publishing the book on Amazon, including formatting and uploading.
Research and hire qualified domestic editors and proofreaders.
Coordinate with designers for book cover and promotional materials.

Launch Campaign:
Plan and execute a strong book launch campaign to maximize visibility and sales.
Identify the best niche and target audience for the book.
Develop strategies to generate buzz and pre-orders.

General Support:
Provide ongoing assistance with tasks related to the book launch.
Offer creative input and solutions to ensure a successful launch.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, particularly in book publishing and promotion.
Proficiency in WIX website development.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Familiarity with Amazon self-publishing processes.
Ability to coordinate with editors, proofreaders, and designers.
Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
