HR Virtual Assistant

GiftCash is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and organized HR Virtual Assistant to support our HR team in creating a supportive, organized, and efficient virtual workspace for our team members. This role will involve handling administrative HR tasks, assisting with recruitment, managing employee records, and supporting our efforts in maintaining a positive and productive company culture. If you're a detail-oriented multitasker, proficient in fluent English, and passionate about people, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct routine administrative tasks such as document preparation, organizing files, and scheduling.
-Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry into HR systems.
-Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
-Support the onboarding process, helping new employees transition smoothly.
-Respond to HR inquiries from employees, providing accurate information and escalating issues when needed.
-Assist with employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
-Help manage HR communications, ensuring updates and policies are effectively communicated to all employees.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role (preferred).
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite and comfortable with virtual meeting platforms.
-Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
-A proactive, team-oriented mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
