Email Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an Email Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for supporting our email marketing campaigns, driving customer engagement, and maximizing the effectiveness of our email marketing strategy. Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows
Support the email marketing team in writing, designing, and scheduling emails
Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and send times
Monitor and report on email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure email content aligns with brand messaging and goals
Manage email lists and segment audiences to improve targeting and personalization
Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and best practices to continually enhance our strategies
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM)

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing (internship experience also considered)
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
Basic knowledge of HTML and design tools like Canva or Figma is a plus
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and report on key performance metrics
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with email segmentation and list management
Knowledge of best practices for email deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance
Understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization
