- Manage accounts for over 2700 properties
- Process all receipting, owner & creditor disbursements
- Reconcile trust account and prepare End of Month (EOM) reports and processing
- Finalise lease and charge owner fees
- Assist property managers with account queries and system questions
- Liaise with auditors and prepare necessary documents as per legislation requirements.
- Perform bond reconciliations and ensure compliance with all trust fund regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate within an Australian company.
- Licence holder experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate and legal practice legislation.
- Proficiency in using PropertyTree software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
