Remote Personal Assistant - ASAP!

I'm a business owner seeking to hire a full-time Remote Personal Assistant.

**Who I'm Looking For**
-Fluent English speaker (comfortable with speaking, writing, and reading)
-At least 2 years of remote VA experience supporting a US-based business owner or CEO
-Proficient in Slack, iMessage, Gmail, ClickUp, and Google Calendar
-Available during US PST business hours (9 AM - 5 PM PST, Monday - Saturday)
-Strong managerial and organizational skills
-Ability to anticipate the needs of the Founder & CEO 3-5 steps ahead
-Flexible for on-call duties and willing to work outside standard hours
-Open to being available beyond regular “working hours”
-Communicates in a way that reflects your values

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and prioritize all emails
-Schedule meetings
-Attend meetings and take notes
-Maintain a CRM with close contacts and relevant updates
-Handle time-sensitive administrative and personal errands
-Conduct data entry or research as needed
-Research vendors, gifts, or service providers
-Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
-Assist with the recruiting process, including administrative tasks
-Manage communication with contractors
-Efficiently oversee the hiring process
-Demonstrate proven success in project management
-Have difficult conversations with other managers
-Be someone who anticipates my needs

Must Have:
-I communicate with my RPA more than anyone else on my team, multiple times a day.
-I require someone with experience; I can’t provide effective training since I’ve never had an RPA before.
-I need someone I enjoy spending time with, even if you aren't my RPA.

Initial Rate: $350
