What you’ll be doing
1) Ecommerce Customer Service: You’ll be our style expert, guiding clients to elevate their wardrobe with confidence. From wardrobe tips to product knowledge, you’re here to make their experience seamless. You’ll handle emails, chats, and calls, ensuring orders, returns, exchanges, and checkout questions are all covered—smooth, stylish, and stress-free.
2) Marketing: Build genuine connections with influencers who inspire. You’ll be reaching out, forming partnerships, and keeping us visible among trendsetters worldwide, helping us stay at the top of the fashion game.
3) Operations: Support our supply chain, ensuring smooth returns, exchanges, defect management, and taking on other essential projects as they come up.
4) Executive Assistant to the CEO: Work hand-in-hand with our CEO, supporting big-picture projects, managing key meetings, tracking timelines, and driving new initiatives forward. You’re a vital part of the brand’s growth.
5) HAVE FUN at our team building events in BGC with our Beverly Hills & Manila team. We're talking about haunted houses, yoga, muay thai, painting, korean bbq, rooftop happy hours, dancing, and karaoke!
