Job Overview:

Alondra Home Care is looking for an experienced Human Resources Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in home care and caregiver recruitment. This role is crucial in building our team of dedicated caregivers, ensuring seamless onboarding, and partnering with our scheduling team to fill open shifts promptly. The ideal candidate will be skilled in talent sourcing through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads and be responsible for maintaining caregiver records, overseeing documentation, and ensuring all necessary training is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Actively source and attract qualified caregivers using Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and other recruitment channels.
Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and identify top talent to proceed to further hiring stages.
Onboarding & Documentation: Maintain accurate caregiver records, monitor paperwork completion, and oversee compliance with state and company regulations.
Training Coordination: Ensure caregivers complete necessary training before starting shifts.
Shift Coverage Collaboration: Work closely with the scheduler to identify and fill open shifts efficiently.
Follow-Up: Regularly check in with caregivers to ensure ongoing compliance and satisfaction with their roles.


Qualifications:

Experience in Home Care/Caregiver Recruitment:
Proven background in hiring caregivers, particularly for home care or healthcare settings.

Strong Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage caregiver records, track training requirements, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads), and comfortable with virtual communication tools.

Excellent Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and work collaboratively with the internal team.
