Core Responsibilities:
Speak with customers over the phone to schedule, remind, and follow up on appointments.
Build and manage daily work schedules for crew members and service technicians.
Interact with project tea
Record appointments, maintain and log tasks, and track statuses in the database.
Schedule and follow up on inspection statuses with electricians, subcontractors, and City & County inspectors.
Manage a high-volume workload while effectively prioritizing tasks to stay organized.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phones, responding to
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about solar services.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Preferred experience in the solar industry.
Work experience as a Project Coordinator, Scheduler, or in a similar role.
Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
Detail-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think under pressure.
Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding time management and analytical skills.
