Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage data entry, organization, and documentation efficiently.
- Prioritize and coordinate Rob’s tasks, meetings, and goals for daily, weekly, and long-term projects.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and virtual events using Microsoft Teams.
- Prepare reports, update records, and maintain data accuracy in Excel and CRM tools.
Content Creation:
- Write and edit engaging content for blogs, sales pages, and social media posts.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations that align with company messaging.
- Manage and optimize SEO-related content, ensuring alignment with best practices in on-page and off-page SEO.
SEO & Web Development Support:
- Collaborate closely with Rob to implement SEO strategies across various websites.
- Use SEO tools like SEMRush or SearchAtlas to track performance, conduct keyword research, and optimize content.
- Update and manage WordPress websites, ensuring all content is optimized and user-friendly.
Marketing Support:
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, including
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including data from Google Analytics, to optimize marketing strategies.
- Support automation and workflow improvement through Microsoft Power Automate.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience in creating compelling content (blogs, social media, sales pages).
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMRush, SearchAtlas, and working knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Experience managing websites with WordPress.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (GroundHogg experience is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Automate.
- Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours, with some overlap in Mountain Time.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
